We started with our first wholesale customer in 2014. We have what it takes to deliver the best bread straight to your door 363 days of the year. Our team of bakers work through the night to ensure we meet all of our customer's deadlines, and our fleet of delivery drivers are up early, driving across Sussex to get your bread to you as the bakers intended.
We're here to help with any questions you have, but the following ordering information should help you get started.
The deadlines for wholesale orders is 12pm daily.
Our sales team can be contacted Monday – Friday from 8am until 12pm on the following number 01273 424265. This is for enquiries only, not orders.
Orders may be placed 7 days per week 363 days a year, we are only ever closed on Christmas and Boxing Day.
Orders must be placed via email by 12pm two days in advance. For delivery on Wednesday, for example, orders must be placed by 12pm on Monday. Products that require 48 hour lead time are 'Sourdoughs and slow ferments', 'Pastries', 'Cookies & sweet', 'Cutting cakes', 'Baked savouries'.
Standing Orders can be arranged. Any changes to these must be made by 12pm on the day before delivery via email. After this time, no changes can be made and the full order will be chargeable.
The Flour Pot delivers 7 days a week and offer a free local delivery service with a minimum order of £20.00. We endeavour to deliver when is convenient to you, however for special deliveries, please give us 4 days notice.
Smaller orders can be made via Click & Collect, these can then be collected from any location across Brighton & Hove.
If you require deliveries before 8am arrangements should be made for delivery to a secure location or keys provided to guarantee safe delivery. Upon request and entirely at the customer’s own risk we can deliver to a non-secure location.
Standard local deliveries are made between 7.15am and 9am for pastries and 10.20am and midday for all other products.
