Fresh laminated dough filled with dark chocolate, almond cream and topped with toasted coconut.
Our focaccia is made with the same dough as ciabatta, we gently flatten the dough and dimple it with extra virgin olive oil and fresh rosemary.
A full on chocolate assault on the senses. Three layers of chocolate sponge, chocolate buttercream and a chocolate crumb sprinkled all over.
