We take a whole brie, split it in half and stuff it with a delicious combination of French black truffles and mascarpone before sandwiching it back together again. When served at room temperature the earthy flavour of the truffles infuses the whole cheese, incredible served with thinly sliced, toasted sourdough and nothing else. Pack size: 400g
