Our focaccia is made from the same dough as ciabatta, we gently flatten the dough on a tray and dimple it with copious amounts of extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. Baked in a 300°C oven ensures the crumb stays moist and chewy. It’s a large 600×400 tray bake.
