Three tiers (8″) of chocolate sponge sandwiched together with raspberry jam and chocolate butter-cream, naked iced in vanilla buttercream and garnished with seasonal fresh fruit. Serves 12-16 people.
Chocolate Sponge (caster sugar, plain flour, milk, water, eggs, rapeseed oil, cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract), vanilla buttercream (icing sugar, butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract), fresh summer fruits and berries (seasonal fruit & berries subject to change), raspberry jam ((glucose syrup, raspberries, sugar syrup, gelling agent (pectin), acidity regulators (citric acid, trisodium citrate).
