How does Click & Collect work?
Click & Collect lets you make an order online for collection from any one of our six stores in Brighton & Hove. You can select your preferred location at checkout.
How much does Click & Collect cost?
Click & Collect doesn't cost any extra.
How can I place a Click & Collect order?
Just shop online as usual. When you go to the online checkout, choose Click & Collect for your preferred store.
How long before my order is ready to collect in store?
For us to prepare your order, we require a minimum of 2 days notice. For items required in two days, you will need to order before midday and it will be ready from midday, 48 hours later. For example, if you wanted to pick up Wednesday from 12pm, your order must be placed before 12pm on Monday. If you are ordering more than 48 hours in advance, please specify on the notes section (at checkout) the required day / date of collection.
What is the ordering cut off point?
You order has to be with us before 12pm for us to begin production in time.
What is the last point I can order for Christmas?
To guranteed pick up for Christmas Eve your order must be with us two days in advance, orders must be made by 12pm Friday 21st December.
What happens with orders placed after 12pm?
Orders placed after 12pm will be added to the next day, for example if you ordered at 2pm on Monday afternoon your order won't be ready until Thursday morning. Please do ensure you make the cuff off point for orders of 12pm.
When can I collect my order?
Your order will be ready for collection from midday at your desired location 48 hours after your order. If you order before 12pm on Monday your items will be ready for collection on Wednesday from 12pm.
How do I know when my order is ready for collection?
Your order will be ready on your specified collection day from midday. If you order is going to be delayed for any reason we will let you know via phone or email well in advance.
How long can an order be held for me?
Please do call us if you are unable to collect your order. If your order includes fresh produce we can hold it until 5pm otherwise food may be wasted. For orders that include longer life shelf deli items, we can hold your order for a maximum of 1 day.
What if my order is late or has items missing?
If your order is late for any reason we will call you on the number provided at checkout. If any items are missing from your order please do call the store from which you collected your order as soon as possible to discuss next steps.
Can I order over the phone/email?
Click & Collect orders must be made online through this website. If you have any problems please contact us via phone or email and we will be able to help.
Is there a minimum order for postal delivery?
There is no minimum order postal delivery, you simply pay our post and packing fee.
How can I track my order?
You will be provided with a tracking code once your order has left Flour Pot HQ, this can be found inside the dispatch email.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All our orders are shipped with Parcelforce. This means your order will arrive within 1-3 working days of receipt depending on delivery selection. You will receive confirmation by email when your order has been dispatched. If your order is going to be delayed, we'll be in touch directly.
Can my my order be delivered to a different address?
You can add a different delivery address to the billing address at checkout.
Christmas delivery times
Your last chance to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Wednesday 19th December at midnight. Any orders after this point can be picked up from our stores free of charge up to Monday 24th December. Please beware that orders in December may be delayed due to increased demand.
Do you deliver outside of the England?
Currently we don't offer this service but in 2019 we will be making this available.
Can I return my order?
We offer a returns policy for damaged goods or failure of delivery only. Get in touch with us as soon as possible regarding either matter.
