Delivery & Returns
There is no minimum order postal delivery, you simply pay our post and packing fee.
You will be provided with a tracking code once your order has left Flour Pot HQ, this can be found inside the dispatch email.
All our orders are shipped with Parcelforce. This means your order will arrive within 1-3 working days of receipt depending on delivery selection. You will receive confirmation by email when your order has been dispatched. If your order is going to be delayed, we'll be in touch directly.
You can add a different delivery address to the billing address at checkout.
Currently we don't offer this service but soon we will be making this available.
We offer a returns policy for damaged goods or failure of delivery only. Get in touch with us as soon as possible regarding either matter.
