    Why collect contact information?

By collecting details for one member of each group of seated customers, if a member of our staff or a customer tests positive for Covid-19, the NHS will be able to let those that were nearby know about this.

    How does it work?

If you are a seated customer at The Flour Pot, we will ask a member of your group to please provide contact details using a QR code which will prompt you to a form or directly with a staff member.

What do we do with this information?

We will keep your details securely for 21 days and then destroy them in accordance with GDPR. We will only share your details with the NHS Test and Trace scheme.
