All of our bakers are skilled and passionate artisans using traditional methods to produce high quality products 7 days a week. We are always keen to meet experienced people who want to excel in the baking or viennoiserie team.

Energetic kitchen porters are absolutely vital members of the team both at our bakery and kitchen on Brighton seafront. We would be lost without them!
Our drivers are essential to The Flour Pot, delivering to our stores across Brighton & Hove every single day. Not only do we drop to all 7 of our own stores, we have many other wholesale customers who depend on us for their daily bread!
