Our bakers source the best stone milled flour, English sea salt and specialty butter for perfectly balanced loaves and pastries created with the utmost integrity. Our sourdough breads are made using a slow fermentation method that combines only three ingredients; flour, water, salt. Together, these simple ingredients produce delicious naturally leavened loaves free from additives.

We nurture our bread at every stage of the process; feeding our heirloom starter so the natural yeast can thrive, carefully combining, kneading and resting our dough to create the perfect open crumb; hand shaping each loaf and slow-baking them for the ultimate caramelised crust.

The Flour Pot Bakery uses traditional methods as well as contemporary expertise when creating new products. We incorporate nutritious nuts, seeds and other natural ingredients to add further layers of flavour and nutritional characteristics to our breads.

A seasonally changing menu of filled sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, savoury pastries, salads and soups. At Fiveways we have an ever changing menu featuring some of our signature lunch dishes. Try our Hot Salt Beef Sandwich featuring our cured brisket of beef sliced by hand and served with pickles, sauerkraut and mustard in a light rye and caraway bread flavoured with Milk Shed cold brew coffee. For something vegetarian our Tuscan kale and bean soup is something really special. Served with a slice of our toasted sourdough.
